Experience in the following domains: 

• Order processing
• Supply chain management 
• Order management 
• Procurement

1. Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN)
2. Experience in BPO / Manufacturing industry preferably in electronics
3. Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
4.  Some exposure to voice process will be highly preferred
5. Excellent communication skills MANDATORY.
6. Good analytical skills.
