- Skills: Resourcing and Operations Management , Planning and Organising
- Planning and Organising(L2)-Ability to plan the need of the Program / practice / delivery through its life cycle, defining success metrics and interaction with all concerned
- Resourcing and Operations Management(L1)-Should have basic understanding of resourcing and operations functions Should be able to coordinate with project teams to collect and finalize lateral hiring and contracting requirements Should be able to coordinate with recruitment team and CSF to fulfill open positions Should be able to maintain reports of all Open opportunities and regularly update the same Should be able to follow prescribed practices for optimal efficiency Is responsible for entire internal staffing related activities and ensuring timely billing movements
