Candidate Profile:-

• Graduates (any stream)
• Fresher and experience with 6-12 months in International Call Centre
• English + Regional Language, Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)
• Minimum skills required:
• Experience in Voice/Email/Back office support services preferably in the telecom industry for over 6 months experienced resources
• Written and spoken fluency in business English
• Experience working in a B2C environment
• Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
• Technologically capable - able to quickly learn customer service software applications
• Strong problem-solving skills
