Jobs Description:-

• TE Connectivity Recruitment 2013 for Freshers and Experienced As IT OPERATIONS SUPPORT III
• Routine monitoring of TWS /Control-M/ Autosys batch schedules, SAP batch jobs
• Monitors and validates to ensure that the batch schedule is running properly,
• Check for various job statuses in TWS / Control-M/Autosys like long running jobs, job failures etc.
• Respond to Network monitoring tickets and work with the respective vendor and the Network administrator for resolution and follow-up.
• Responsible for monitoring critical paths in SAP and Data Warehouse environments.
• Report monitoring in Business Objects, SAP , LRS and HPOS Printer spool monitoring
• Should continue to build on knowledge on Job Scheduling and Monitoring
• Participates in back-ups (schedule & monitor), uptime and performance of applications
• Follows TEIS policies and procedures like change management etc
• Has front end interactions with users to assist with low level trouble-shooting requirements
• Should demonstrate an aptitude for increasing proficiency and expertise
• Acquires knowledge on company policies, procedure and essential job skills required to resolve routine tasks
• Works on tasks that are simple and routine in nature. Follows company standard practices and procedures in analyzing situation/data from which answers can be readily obtained
• Build good working relationships within global team and larger TEIS organization
• Works under high supervision / guidance with frequent review of tasks assigned
• Receives detailed instructions for assigned work
• Must be willing to work off-hours shift

Candidate Profile:-

• B.Sc / BE / Diploma Holders in any discipline
• 0.5 – 2 Years of experience with prior Knowledge on Data center operational tasks like schedule & monitor, uptime and performance of applications.
• Should possess knowledge on applications like Output Management tools, a good understanding of SAP batch monitoring.
• Should possess basic understanding of networking concepts
• Candidates with system administration knowledge and with good career track record will also be considered based on aptitude test.
