Candidate Skills -
1. Engage with eLitmus customers, understand their recruitment needs, devise a strategy to fulfill the need and then execute it.

We are looking for 2 types of people:

1) Type A:

• Though you have done well in your current job as a techie, but you do not see your true calling in it.
• Salary on offer will be in the range of 5 to 6 lakhs per annum.

2) Type B:

• You are a techie-at-heart and love programming.
• You will code at one end developing technology which you will use as a consumer too. Essentially you will spend between 40% to 60% of your time coding and balance time as part of the business team which helps eLitmus customers recruit right talent. We believe in less than 4 years you will be one of the super star tech talents in the Indian IT industry.
• You will also undergo a rigorous technical interview in this case (including a hands-on coding assignment).
• Salary on offer will be in the range of 6 to 7.5 lakhs per annum (though better salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate).
