Candidate Skills -

1. Qualification: Qualification: Diploma in Electronic/ Computer Science BCA/BSc (IT) / B.E/B.Tech/ M.E/M.Tech/ MCA/M.Sc(IT) with at least 65%.
2. Candidates should be 2013 & 2014 pass outs. Undergraduates are not eligible (candidates awaiting their final semester/year results are also not eligible).
3. Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
4. Routing Protocols
5. TCP/ IP and IRQs
6. Basic operating systems related to networking
7. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
8. Willing to work in 24*7 Support (US Shifts).
9. Should be willing to work on voice based technical support.
10. Candidates will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period.
11. After successful completion of training, candidates may get regularized subject to performance & open positions.
12. Candidates who have appeared in last 6 months are not eligible.
