• Advance MS Excel Knowledge
• Good at analytical skill 
• Raising invoice for IT service and manual billing
• Addition and deletion of billing pins
• Check whether customer site is active or inactive before uploading
• Calculation of credit period in case of deletion of billing pins
• Renewal of contract
• Analyzing tracker submission by SDMs before raising invoice
• Handling customer and client email queries
• Completion of assigned trackers within defined SLA
• Smooth completion of month end billing process
