Educational Qualification - Candidates should have done B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc(Mechanical/Electrical, Chemical/Civil), MD/MS, Ph.D(Chemistry), Diploma/Master Degree(Human Resource/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Social Work),M.A(Hindi) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
