• 2014 passing out candidates only 
• B.E/B. Tech (CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, ICE & IT) & PG (MCA) 
• Minimum 70.00% from 10th onwards 
• CGPA between 7.00 and 8.00 
• No standing arrears allowed at the time of recruitment process 
• Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills 
• Flexibility to work in Shifts and in any Cognizant Location 
• Open only to Indian Nationals 
• The students who had already particpated in the previous CTS placement drive are strictly not eligible to participate now
