Candidate Profile:-
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field, or related work experience. 
  • 1.5-3 years of experience directly related to Project Management and/or planning & monitoring on product development programs 
  • CAPM Certification desired. 
Additional Qualifications: 

  • Strong knowledge/ experience with resource planning, scheduling, metrics management, financial data compilation and analysis, and earned value-based reporting 
  • In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP project systems 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation) 
  • Ability to positively influence others 
  • Ability to work with large, remote and diverse teams in a matrix environment. 
  • High bias for action and integrative problem-solving skills 
  • Highly motivated; goal and results oriented 
  • Consistently delivers quality results on time, regardless of complexity 
  • Demonstrated ability to deal tactfully and confidently with customers /personnel at various organizational levels in independent and often stressful and ambiguous situations
