Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field, or related work experience.
- 1.5-3 years of experience directly related to Project Management and/or planning & monitoring on product development programs
- CAPM Certification desired.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge/ experience with resource planning, scheduling, metrics management, financial data compilation and analysis, and earned value-based reporting
- In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP project systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation)
- Ability to positively influence others
- Ability to work with large, remote and diverse teams in a matrix environment.
- High bias for action and integrative problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated; goal and results oriented
- Consistently delivers quality results on time, regardless of complexity
- Demonstrated ability to deal tactfully and confidently with customers /personnel at various organizational levels in independent and often stressful and ambiguous situations
