Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required. 
• Related Experience: This Test Design Engineer is an entry-level position, which may include up to 2 years of experience.
• Equipment/Software Skills: C/C++ object-oriented programming experience, standard debugging methodologies, hardware design, software version control tools, communications test development tools (MIB browsers, terminal emulation packages, network monitoring software), experience required. 
• Knowledge in basic communications technologies (Ethernet, TCP/IP, SNMP, ATM, switches, routers) and in telecommunications carrier technologies (DSLAM, xDSL, DS1, DS3, SONET, SDH, EoCu) is preferred. JAVA and Perl experience is a plus. 
• Travel Expectations: International travel may be expected.
