Candidate Profile:-

• Should be a Graduate/PG (MBAs are not preferred)
• Must possess effective verbal communication skills with neutral accent
• Typing: Atleast 25 WPM (90% accuracy)
• TS Expertise: Must have command on internet concepts, networking concepts, Operating System concepts in XP, Vista, OS 7, Mac (all versions), 
• Computer basics, Wireless Communication etc
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team playing skills and open to learning
