Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelors/Masters Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years experience on working on Kronos solutions as consultant on full cycle implementations in India or overseas. Must have sound knowledge and configuration experience on WFC 6.2 or later including WIM, Reports and Process Manager.
- Experience on Workforce Scheduling a plus
- Experience working on Java and SQL
- Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting package.
- Sound technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols.
- Must have domain knowledge of HR, T&A and Payroll processing.
- Experience implementing T&A systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
- Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
- Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
- Flexibility to travel as needed up to 100%.
