• Basic knowledge in Sound knowledge on Databases like Oracle & DB2/SQL Server
• English: Fluent
• Master's Degree in Engineering
• Sound knowledge on Databases like Oracle & DB2/SQL Server
• • Webapplication servers like Websphere/Weblogic and Webservers like apache/IIS
• • Good in communications skills
• • Should have excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• • Experience in customer facing roles is an advantage
• • Should be self-motivated and a quick learner.
• • Should have the capability to manage small sized projects and provide regular status updates.
• • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues simultaneously
• • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• • Willing to work in Remote Technical Support role
