Candidate Profile:-
- REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Graduate engineer with strong academics in Mechanical/ Automobile engineering.
- Willingness to work hard and should be a good team player with acceptance for wide travel needs.
- Responsible for field trials and fitment of various friction products to be launched in the market.
- Ensure to track the performance of filed tryouts as guided by Applications manager and report to the management.
- Coordinate with local process, product and manufacturing teams to ensure support of samples needed for fitment / Dyno tryouts.
- Timely launch of identified products in the aftermarket , as guided by manager .
- Reporting the launch progress and conducting team reviews to ensure proper launch.
- Follow the Applications engineering systems to ensure that drawings are made, specifications are defined and approved for all the launches planned.
- Support Plant QA for the PPAP of identified products.
- Maintain Applications documentation as required to ensure ISO /TS system and drawing controls , as guided by manager.
- Support Global teams for benchmarking of competition and dyno /technical evaluation.
- Support Purchase team for development of packing standards and ensure approvals as per system.
