Candidate Profile:-

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering. 
• Desired: Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering. 
• 1-3 years of application software verification & validation – manual and automation experience 
• Experience in Requirement based testing - Unit, Integration, System testing & Test Automation using QTP and white box. 
• Experience in design, Implementing and executing verification & validation plan, test cases and test scripts. 
• Scripting language skills in at least one of the following languages – Java, VB, C#, C++, Python. 
• Understanding of software design principles, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading concepts 
• Understanding of SDLC and testing role throughout that cycle. 
• Experience working with global teams and driving the projects for high customer satisfaction 
• Experience in CMMi process areas. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS platforms. 
• A high degree of aptitude, creativity, and self-direction is required. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with respect to written and oral communication including the ability to explain technical concepts. 
• Problem solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers 
• Strong drive for results - Self-directed, strong learning agility and drive for delivering quality product.
