- Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through the use of analytics and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent US English communications skills (grammar & vocabulary) with an ability to “think on your feet” and speak professionally to internal US based customers
- Email and IM etiquette a must
- Analytical skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptive to change
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to quickly learn and use various Y! proprietary tools
- Understanding of marketing and online marketing products is a plus
