- Assist France operations to resolve some local specific issues which could from a wide range of area, reinsurance, tax, general expenses.
- Support France finance team on regional quarterly financial reports for Continental Europe.
- Support other India Hub team members with journal entries, bank reconciliations, variance analysis (actual vs. Budget/Prior Year) of financials.
- Maintaining strong communication with onshore (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.
- Keep adequate documentation of process.
- Support Ad-hoc activities.

Candidate Profile:-
- Excellent communication skills in International English (Key point)
- Accountancy or economics background (Key point)
- French language, good reading skills (Key point)
- Good MS-excel level
- Basic understanding of the insurance/reinsurance terms, technical accountancy and concepts would be an added advantage
- Conceptual and practical thinking
- Organized, methodical and ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
- Knowledge of an ERP package (particularly PeopleSoft) is preferable
