- Responsible for all data entry into HRIS and HR internal systems.
- Strong communication skills required to respond to phone, voice mail and email inquiries.
- Maintains the centralized employee filing system, ensures documents are filed accurately and timely.
- Prepare New Hire folders is also required.
- Processing of confidential information and documents.
- Assists in making recommendations for the creation and revision of procedures to facilitate increased operational efficiency of the department.
- Produces spreadsheets, charts, flowcharts, forms and databases.
- Supports entire HR department with all administrative and office Assist with employee events.
- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.

Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented while maintaining accuracy.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
