• Knowledge of Embedded and good exposure to RTOS 
• Exposure on avionics control products 
• Programming knowledge of C 
• Experience on Software development process 
• Experience on AFDX, CAN, A429 bus topologies 
• Experience on avionics products and control system 
• Experience on change management (e.g. PVCS/Clearcase) 
• Knowledge on Control System and Modeling Tools such as Matlab/Simulink
