Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Executes day-to-day operational tasks including incident tickets for all the Deloitte Audit environments
• Performs software & server administrative tasks and Health Checks. 
• Performs monitoring & control of global production environment 
• Participates in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation 
• Perform Server Quality checks as per Deloitte Audit Standards post the Server build
• Ensures the DA Infrastructure and Server configuration complies with the DA standards all the time.
• Manages the global application & systems operations environment 
• Ensures the readiness of disaster recovery & continuity capability is maintained 
• Ensures production application data is backed-up 
• Supports application architecture based on standards & requirements 
• Participates in status calls 
• Comply with and ensure compliance to established change control processes 
• Develops custom tools to improve day-to-day processes
• Knowledge Sharing / Documentation
• Distribute operational reports
