- Timely and accurate day-to-day transaction processing activities involving usage of Foreign language.
- Taking part in projects, language learning circles and language training.
- Requirement to provide data for Metrics collation to the Team Leader / SPOC daily.
- Responsible to meet Global Language Center goals and objectives
- Efficient and smooth functioning of day-to-day operations by flagging of any deviations, defects, customer escalations and maintain zero defects and no surprises operations.
- Responsible for ensuring business controls and people / customer focus and ensure a healthy working environment with HP values
- Meet objectives as part of a team and work towards achieving high operational excellence standards
- Support Assistant Manager/PL/BPA
- Work within a performance culture reporting into an assistant manager of a team
