Candidate Profile:-
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
- Approximately 0-3 years of experience
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Should be an excellent team player
- Demonstrate ownership of all modules/project deliverables entrusted
- Should be able to perform test case analysis, design, review development of test plans and repeatable testing procedures for projects.
- Should be able to write Test plans(optional), High level test cases and low level test cases
- Should have knowledge of various manual test/design techniques
- Knowledge of any one defect tracking tool like Quality Center, JIRA, etc is desired
- Should be an inspirational leader, motivator & mentor
- Should be an individual contributor cum shows signs of leadership traits
- Knowledge of CSTE/ISTQB is preferred
- Knowledge of technologies like C, OOPS & C++, VB scripting, QTP etc is desired.
- Should have a positive overall approach & have a consistent problem solving mindset
