Candidate Profile:-
- Engineering with Computer Science background or MCA First class Graduate from a reputed University (above 70%) with a strong technical background in the software application development using Java & JEE technologies.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle and Agile/iterative methodology
- Good understanding of OOPS and RDBMS concepts
- Java 6 (JDK 1.6) / JEE 1.5 (JSP/ JSTL/ Servlet/ JDBC )
- Spring, Struts, Tag Libraries, Hibernate, JUnit
- HTML, JavaScript, XML
- Knowledge of atleast one server (tomcat, Websphere, WebLogic)
- Good knowledge of Java & J2EE Design Patterns, and Mock tests
- Strong Knowledge in SQLServer / Oracle PL/SQL programming
- Inclination to understand and learn application/business functionality
- Good communicator, fast learner & a Team player
- Attention to detail, disciplined and reliable
