Candidate Profile:-
- Transcription and entry of paper/fax customer purchase orders into TE’s SAP order management system. Completely and accurately enter all relevant purchase order data elements including part numbers, shipping and billing information, and any special instructions. Orders are to be created per documented work instructions. Process inbound EDI order transactions from TE’s customers’ systems into TE’s SAP system. Manage all system alerts and ensure all data elements have properly mapped from the customer transmission to TE’s SAP system. Correctly manage all system alerts and delivery blocks.– 85%
- Support of e-commerce systems including on-line literature requests, dispatching direct customer quote requests, completing quote requests from indirect customers and processing user registrations – 10%
- General administrative support including fax dispatch and routing (from Faxcom servers), PO Scanning and Indexing, SAP and BI report generation as required. – 5%
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency on Windows-based PC required
- Excellent communication skills
- Keyboarding skills required – typing and 10-key. Minimum speed 45 WPM
- Experience with a business application/database system required, SAP-specific experience preferred
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task required
- Experience in a business to business envorinment preferred
