- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR TECHNICAL GRADUATES(B.E/B.Tech): Less than 60% ONLY
- Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat
- Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
- Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
- Experience-Fresher: ANY GRADUATE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY
- Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills in English
- Willing to work night shifts
- Good to Excellent typing speed / skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook
