• To oversee and undertake home installations. Deliver high quality service levels at all touch points. Be customer oriented
• Responsible for installation and commissioning of the system
• Attending service calls post installation & commissioning
• Providing service support for any Bose product at customer site
• Rack building for system integration, developing circuit and connectivity diagrams
• Responsible for service level deliverables for all home audio installations
• Meeting customers, reviewing customer designs and suggesting solutions as and when required
• Training the customer on system operations
