• Textron Recruitment for Freshers and Experienced As Associate Analyst
• Work closely with other IT team members and end users to provide solutions based on business requirements during all phases of the development process.
• Create solutions based on business needs by creating stand-alone applications or enhancing the current applications
• Designing and developing new applications from the ground up including documentation
• Hands on involvement in all aspects of development including requirements, design, coding, testing and QA
• Support other team members on custom applications
• Codes, troubleshoots, debugging, developing user interfaces, build components, optimize code & SQL scripts and tests software application programs
• Review existing applications, and make improvements where possible
• Exemplifies teamwork and fosters a team environment
• Passionate about providing technology solutions to business problems while taking advantage of new software patterns and architectures.
• Provide technical and analytical support as it relates to Teamcenter, NX, and other technical solutions

• Solid understanding of Web Services, developing and troubleshooting interfaces/integrations with various applications
• Ability to work with IT Analysts and end users to help define requirements
• Must be able to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
• Willing and able to support existing Teamcenter and NX customizations
• Experience with SAP a plus
• Experience with SharePoint a plus
