- Provide specific solution/technology/product consulting and technical support as part of a team doing the final system integration and implementation for a customer activities include
- Design, code, and test of Policy Control Applications using Sandvine’s SandSript language and other integration software
- Configuring and troubleshooting network installations
- Designing and executing Acceptance Test Plans for the deployed solutions
- Provide specific solution/technology/product consulting, technical and sales support for major account opportunities.
- Understand business requirements for customer base and be able to translate them into technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of Sandvine’s products and solutions portfolio
- Creating, present and document technical solutions.
- Providing consultative support and mentor other less experienced Systems Engineers in assigned major account opportunities.
- Working effectively as a team member and assume a leadership role for the team.

Candidate Profile:-
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (B.E/B.Tech or equivalent 4 year degree)
- Demonstrated experience in a object-oriented programming language such as Java or C++
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (sh, bsh, tcl, and Perl) and SQL
- Working knowledge ofLinux/FreeBSD system configuration and administration
- Working knowledge of Web 2.0 technology (Javascript, HTML, HTTP, etc.)
- Knowledge of packet level debugging using Wireshark, tcpdump, tcpreply or similar tools
- Knowledge and strong operating experience in IP networking (routing and switching), wireline networks(Cable & DSL), wireless networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE), and operational support systems (OSS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally, ~20%
- 25% Travel both domestic and international
- Ability to manage and resolve ambiguity
- Ability to multitask and seamlessly manage several concurrent projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work in a customer facing environment
