- Reviewing and analyzing system/software requirements, technical design and writing test plans, test cases and procedures.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts. Actively participate in the entire product life cycle including product specification reviews and design reviews.
- Support the entire test and certification process by getting involved early in the product development cycle and managing areas of ownership through product release
- Performing manual and automated tests, filing bug reports, and collecting and reporting test metrics
- Analyzing and investigating user-reported problems.
- Interfacing with offshore resources within a global company.
