Conduct secondary research on best Practices on Alternative Channels adopted by good companies in various industries to establish contact with Customers across various industries across the globe esp. in Asia Pacific (ANZ, Japan, Korea and India)
Some of the industries to be focused on would include Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Telecom, Air Lines
Alternative Channels would include SMS,E-Mail, Web, IVR (Outbound & Inbound), Mobile Apps and letters.
The scope of research would also include Details on Technology and Regulatory Frame Work in force and operating frame work to be adopted for good governance.
