Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelor's degree in BSc Computer Science, BCA, BCom Computer or related field
- 0 to 6 months of IT work experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of basic PC functions and Windows environment ( e. g. MS Office)
- Experience with: SQL, SQL+, Visual Basic/ VBSCRIPT, SAS, MS- Access, C++, Java, ASP, DOS, Windows, UNIX, and Linux
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and learn customized proprietary software
- Knowledge of commonly used backup software and techniques and understanding of how to convert various file formats ( e. g. MS Exchange)
- Ability to understand database concepts and/ or basic knowledge of Access and/ or SQL Server
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to troubleshoot system and network errors
- Experience with Text Editor( s) is beneficial
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
