Candidate Profile:-
- Any training/certifications in graphics, animation and art OR
- A graduation from a good design school would be an added advantage
- Creative Expertise in UX and UI design on Android, iOS, Windows and web
- Minimum one year experience developing UX and UI for apps and websites
- Has good knowledge in responsive design
- Can think out of the box, understand user personas, digital and socio-digital behaviors
- Great communication skills and online social community engagement
- A candidate who can make things happen, in hours, or days rather than weeks
- Should be a self starter and fast learner
- Additionally
- Excellent working knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS3, Design/UX software (eg Adobe CS, Photoshop), javascript would be an added advantage
- Experience in any front end frameworks like twitter bootstrap, jQuery Mobile is a plus.
