Candidate Profile:-
- Actively monitor, respond, resolve and escalate tickets in the service ticket queue to meet the SLA.
- Effectively respond to incident tickets, email requests handled by Technical Support Center (TSC) operations
- Respond to customer queries, via ticketing system, Remote Support, Chat as well as email and direct phone calls.
- Resolve customer functional and technical issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
- Work directly with other technical support staff, tier II engineers, the sales team, the delivery team, and management to resolve issues.
- Manage 24x7 Technical Support center.
- Learn and work on technologies like Endpoint Protection, Backup, Firewall, mailing Solutions, Monitoring Solutions.
- Work on Windows and Linux based Servers
