- Fix customer found defects as per the agreed timelines and directed by team escalations lead.
- Deliver fixes on time with quality guidelines.
- Troubleshooting/Reproduction/structured analysis of known customer found defects.
- Good flair for hands-on programming
- Must have scripting knowledge .
- General skills: Effective communication Programming :Core Java/J2EE, Spring, Web Services ,Perl/Python scripting,Pl/SQL.
- Operating Systems: Linux, Solaris
- Applications/Tools: Oracle, Tomcat, Eclipse, Struts, Hibernate and any other data analysis/mining tools.
- Networking: Basic networking knowledge – CCNx certifications is a plus.
- Domain: Network Management (FCAPS), TM Forum eTOM/ITIL, OSS/BSS.
- Soft-skills: Self-driven, Team player with effective presentation/communication skills.
- Typically requires BSEE/CS combined with 1-3 years of related experience
