• ITIL Knowledge
• Knowledge of vFoglight and CiRBA
• Experience of Windows Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience in setting up SSRS (requirement gathering, including development and deployment of reports)
• Experience in Version Control and documentation tools for Version control
• Worked in a global support environment and interaction with US and European customers
• Knowledge of SUSE 11
• Experience of SM7 or similar
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus. MCSE - Windows Server/SQL Server
