• Ability to perform under established policies and a proven track record in meeting stringent deadlines.
• Acumen to understand upstream and downstream linkages of the process.
• Well organized and ability to understand customer workflow and priorities.
• Problem solving approach and experience in dealing with huge data sets.
• Ability to capture process knowledge at granular level
