Candidate Profile:-
- Candidate should have knowledge on Windows/Linux OS and Networking
- Troubleshooting and customer support during test runs, deployment and maintenance phases of cloud services.
- Develop a deep understanding of our cloud based solutions.
- Ability to perform presentations and product demonstrations at client premises.
- Work with vendor support teams to identify and resolve more complicated problems
- Assist Product Manager from a users point of view.
- Document required bug fixes, end-user feature improvements and operations feature improvements.
- Work with customer employees and consultants, including business managers, project managers, software engineers, security analysts, data center engineers, and customer NOC.
- You must be comfortable setting up new servers, optimizing existing servers and be able to perform server surveillance, monitoring and maintenance
