Candidate Profile:-

• College Graduates (any stream) Fresher or Experienced
• Undergraduates with minimum 1 year of experience in an international call center
• Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
• Knowledge of basic computer operations.
• Ability to learn.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
• Good listening and responding skills.
• Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
• Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Should be open to work in any shift timing night shifts or any other rotational work shifts (early morning/late evening)
• Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings
• Please Note B.E/B.Tech without BPO experience are not eligible to apply.
